Fees We require a registration fee of £1,500 to initiate the search
for your new home - this acts as a deposit and is deducted from the finder's
fee of 1.5% of the purchase price. This Fee will become due on exchange of contracts for a
property we have introduced to you. Overseas This is the same format but with a registration fee of £1,800 and a finders fee of 2% of the purchase price - invoiced on completion of the purchase |
