questionnaire for you to complete. If time permits it is obviously
advantageous for us to meet you to ascertain personal requirements. Upon
receipt of the questionnaire, signed Terms of Business and Registration fee, we will:

Analyse
those properties which appear to match your requirements most closely
Personally
inspect and appraise suitable properties in order to make
recommendations
Forward
details, our evaluation and photographs for your assessment
Arrange
viewing of those properties which appeal to you - providing
accompaniment if desired
Assist
with negotiation for the purchase/rental (where appropriate)
Offer,
where required, contact with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers.
Once your purchase is complete, we can also assist with
redecoration/refurbishment/interior design etc. through our expert
local contacts
